America or Asia, you can treat yourself when you have bad diarrhea with ciprofloxacin and lopermide. The great thing is that drug names are consistent across borders, so you can always be sure you will get the correct medications. As always, be careful because Sometimes you come across some of the bad apples in the bunch (pharmacist wise) and they will give you the wrong type of antibiotic for the problem and make it worse!
